A Borzoi, I believe, should possess the qualities of a show dog and the hunting Wolfhound. A rich Opus. Sound Body and Spirit! The true test in the breeding is the balance in form and function.

I have chosen and blended these bloodlines because I feel they will bring that balance. Old Sunbar and Malora, sound and of old type, a sprinkling of English with Oaklara for a blending of elegance and movement. I believe I have achieved a great balance in my dogs. Borzoi with elegant , powerful and functional topline, strong rear structure, full dentition and clean bites. Beautiful heads, well set on necks; Borzoi that move in the field and ring with authority and elegance. Borzoi that are not only beautiful outside, but inside as well. I am not interested in how many litters Wolf Ridge can produce, only that the litters are of the highest possible quality. This litter, I believe, will be worthy of a Lost Empire. Visit often, as I will be updating pictures regularly
